Mini immersion probe
For absorption measurements in small centrifuge tubes or test tubes, Avantes has launched a pocket sized immersion transmission probe with a length of 130mm and a diameter of 3.2 mm. The optical path of this probe is fixed at 5 or 10mm and can be used in the wavelength range of UV/VIS/NIR (200-2500nm). Generally, the sleeve material of the probe is ME made of chrome plated brass. As an option, longer stainless steel probes or Hastelloy material probes can also be selected. The probe has 2 SMA connectors (FC/PC connectors are optional), which can be easily connected to Avantes' full range of spectrometers and light sources.
